allowing you to use heavy weight to train your legs. Our Belt Squat Belt
is great for athletes to use in season to train legs without taxing the
entire body. The Belt squat belt is also a great way for athletes with
back pain to squat without the axial loading that a bar places on the
spine (causing back pain to worsen). Using the Spud Inc. belt squat belt
is a great way to take a break from the typical squat routine and still
hit your legs hard.
Our belt squat belt was designed to be used with any type of loading you can handle. Ideally, this type of squat is done in a machine specifically designed for it. However, we use it by loading kettlebells, regular weights, dumbbells and other odd weights. With a little creativity you can do belt squats in any environment.
The belt squat belt comes in two sizes: Regular and Small. The small size is for youth athletes and small framed adults. The regular size is for lifters over 150 lbs.
